This desk keeps a register of what is missing from a literature, which means it goes out of date in a specific and predictable way: every time a trial reports, a gap recorded here either narrows or closes. Notes about newly published results are therefore the most valuable messages it receives, particularly from the ongoing retatrutide outcome programme [8], from any controlled human trial of BPC-157 [2], and from any tissue-level measurement of NAD+ [13].

Corrections are equally welcome. A figure quoted loosely, a study characterised more strongly than its design supports, a regulatory status that has moved, or a citation that belongs on the references page and is not there. A message is easiest to act on when it names three things: the page, the exact sentence in question, and the source that settles it, with an identifier where one exists.

What this desk cannot help with

So that no message sits unanswered for the wrong reason, a few requests fall outside what an independent literature digest can do.

Anything on this site that concerns a real decision about health belongs in a conversation with a qualified professional, not in an inbox. What this desk can do is say precisely what has been published, what has not, and which study would settle the difference.
